Wynyard Train Station Lighting and Lighting Control Upgrade, Sydney, NSW

Project Snapshot

Transport for NSW is upgrading Wynyard Station to create a new gateway to Barangaroo and Sydney’s financial district. In September 2016, the new northern unpaid concourse was completed to coincide with the opening of the Wynyard Walk pedestrian tunnel.

RAPIX Lighting Control and RAPIX Emergency was selected to provide complete lighting control of the Wynyard Train Station functional and architectural lighting upgrade including the implementation of a DALI Monitored Emergency and Exit lighting system.

Gerard Lighting and Gerard Specialty Lighting Group, Austube, provided a wide range of emergency lighting and extrusions for a complete lighting solution from Australia’s largest lighting solution provider.
